This year, the International Linear Collider Workshop organized by the European Committee for Future Accelerators (ECFA) to study the physics and detectors for a linear collider will be held together with the meeting of the Global Design Effort (GDE) committee. The event will take place in Valencia (Spain) at Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia and Fundacio Universitat Empresa (ADEIT) .

20 Grants for attending the conference have been assigned. They fully cover the registration fee. The accomodation could not be covered by the organization but people will be placed in the students' residences. If people having asked for a grant have not been notified of the result please contact urgently the organization (either Juan.Fuster@ific.uv.es or/and totnou@totnou.com).

We will follow your indications according to your request from the registration page. The payment of your hotel should be performed directly by yourself before leaving. Hotel cancellations are free if known to us at least a few days before the start of the meeting, ie, the 15th of October. After this date the cancellation will cost the equivalent to one night.
The Meeting fee is now 335 € and includes: coffee breaks, the complete social program and the banquet dinner.
Lunch meals at the workshop are left as an option. A reservation for the whole week meals can be made at the price of 96 €. Individual days reservation is also possible.
Accompanying persons can join the meeting for meals and all social activities.
The fee can be paid by sending the bank information either electronically or by fax as indicated in the registration form or upon arrival when registering to the meeting and receiving all documentation.
The first day, the 6th of November, the registration will be made starting at 5:30 pm at the Ateneo Mercantil . At Claustre del edifici de La Nau de la Universitat the Welcome Cocktail will be served at 8 pm. The second day, the 7th of November, it will also be possible to register in the morning at the Ateneo Mercantil .
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and EuroCard) or cash will be accepted.
The meeting will be held in two different places at Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia for ECFA-GDE plenary sessions and Fundacio Universitat Empresa (ADEIT) for parallel sessions.
A PC room for internet connection and e-mail will be available at ADEIT. The situation of this room will also be indicated in the same map as the meeting rooms.
For people bringing their own laptop wireless connection will be provided.

People arriving by plane should take a taxi to reach the hotel (it should cost around 20 €).
People arriving by train whose hotel is in the center of the city should be able to reach their hotel by walking. For the rest of people the best is to take a taxi (again it should not cost more than 20 € for any destination).
