1. elim-1 are the results with all 6 DoF's per module and only one
module (2311038) eliminated. Alignment constants after dropping 1500
modes.

2. elim-16 are the results with all 6 DoF's per module and all 16
modules eliminated (according to your list). Alignment constants after
dropping 1500 modes.

3. elim-16_xyz are the results with all three translations per module
and all 16 modules eliminated (according to your list). Alignment
constants after dropping just 3 modes (even this was not necessary, I
believe).
