All attendees are asked to register on-line beginning October 8th, 2007. If you are unable to register electronically, the registration form may be faxed or mailed to the Conference Secretariat.
The deadline for registration is December 1st, 2007
The registration fee for the workshop is 250 euros. The fee includes admission to the scientific sessions, lunch each day, coffee breaks, and administrative support for the Meeting. The fee will be 300 euros if the workshop banquet is included.
Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer. This is the preferred option. It is payable in euros only. However, we will accept cash (euros only) in the registration desk upon arrival.
Unfortunately the option of charging the fee on a credit card is not available.
Bank Transfers must include any processing charges by your bank or the bank to which it is sent. Make sure that your name and the name of the conference appears. If your institute or university is making one payment on behalf of many people, then make sure that the university/institute name appears and that an email is sent with the list of people to whom the payment applies to the conference secretariat. It would also be very convenient that you fax to us a copy of the transfer so that we could trace the payments.
