On behalf of the ATLAS Upgrade Workshop Organizing Committee, the Local Organizing Committee at IFIC-Valencia invites you to the ATLAS Tracker Upgrade Workshop 2007. It will be held at Valencia, Spain, from Wednesday December 12^th through Friday December 14^th.

The Valencia ATLAS Tracker Upgrade Workshop is next in a continuing series of workshops (Genova 2005, Liverpool 2006) on the ATLAS detector issues of a future high luminosity upgrade of the LHC.

The Valencia meeting will review and make progress toward the engineering conceptual layout. It will also cover reports from the different working groups.
