A cooper foil has been added to the AlN cross. Fanin from one side is screened to the other by this foil that is connected to HV. One single piece of cooper foil covers the part of the AlN where the fanins from top and bottom are glued.

A steel foil covered by gold has been added on the hybrid. VCC from hybrid layer 2 is screened to the bonds by this foil. The foil is connected to AGND by bonds at each chip. It is held to hybrid by kapton tape at different posistions. In this way, it can be removed.
