Nuclear Physicists Consortium (NPC) at Belle has worked to study hadron physics using
high statistics data taken with high resolution multi-purpose detector Belle. 
I'd like to report the activity of the NPC and the status of analysis of hadron-hadron
 scattering length measurement.
