Dear Colleague,
A detailed agenda of the IMFP 2004 is now available under the "Scientific Programme" heading of the conference web site (http://ific.uv.es/imfp04). Note that the lectures will start early in the morning of Monday March 1st. The participants are thus expected to arrive on Sunday, February 29th. The deadline for registration with the regular fee (300 euros) has been extended until Friday February 6th next week. From then on, a fee of 350 euros will be applicable. A preliminary list of participants is now available on the IMFP04 web site.

Please kindly distribute this second bulletin among the possible interested members of your department or institute. Looking forward to seeing you in Alicante,
