that all the attendants lodge in Hotel
Sol Meliá Alicante, so as to ease scientific contacts between participants
outside conference hours. A very advantageous rate has been negotiated with
Hotel Sol Meliá provided that a minimum number of rooms are booked.
The twin-bedded room rate is 112 euros (+ 7% VAT), i.e. 59,9 euros a person
a night. This is an unusually low rate for such an oustanding 4-star hotel in
one of the best locations of the much
sought-after Alicante.
Even though the conference fee does NOT cover lodging, it does cover lunch at
the Meliá hotel for those who lodge there. We therefore encourage the
participants to stay in Hotel Sol Meliá. Booking of the room will automatically
be performed when filling the registration form, so no further arrangement is
needed.
Single room rate at Hotel Sol Meliá is 105 (+ 7% VAT).
Participants must pay accommodation directly to the Hotel Sol Melia before their departure from the conference.
