Resumen
I briefly review the physics case for supersymmetric grand
unified theories, which are a well-established and popular scenario for
New Physics. Then I show that decays of B mesons are an excellent tool to
study such theories, with the potential to provide evidence of physics
beyond the Standard Model of Elementary Particles. I discuss the rare
decay B_s -> mu^+ mu^- and point out correlations with particle searches
at the Tevatron collider, the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon and
the mass of the lightest Higgs boson. I further present new results on B-B-bar mixing.
