We are pleased to host you for the next BaBar Collaboration Meeting at Valencia. It will take place at the Instituto de Fisica Corpuscular (IFIC), Centro Mixto CSIC-Universitat de Valencia, from the 22nd through the 25th of June, 2009.  

Registration fees, including lunches, coffee breaks, bus travels every day, the welcome reception on Monday 22nd, and the conference lunch on Thursday 25th will amount to 120€ per participant. Please, arrange your flight ticket having in mind that the conference lunch will be at the Palmar, close to the Albufera lake (Natural Park) and that we expect to have a walk afterwards (buses will return to the city around 20:00).

On Wednesday 24th, there is the possibility to go to the Opera at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, one of the most modern and emblematic buildings in Valencia, to enjoy a performance of "Die Walküre" (from the cycle "Der Ring des Nibelungen", by Richard Wagner; see the social events link for details). The prize of the tickets is 130€/person (Zone 1). 50 tickets have been booked for people assisting the BaBar Collaboration Meeting till April 6th. So please, if you wish to attend the Opera, register or send a mail to the organizers (babarcm09@ific.uv.es) as soon as possible, following the instructions on the social events link, and in any case BEFORE 6th APRIL  

Payment can be performed by bank transfer (only possibility if you plan to attend the Opera) or cash at the registration desk.
