We recommend you to book a room in the HOTEL ASTORIA. A number of rooms have been booked at this hotel till May 20 with special fares for the summer period. The prices for double rooms with taxes and breakfast included are:
Single occupancy: 85€
Double occupancy: 90€

Chartered buses will be available during the Collaboration Meeting to take people between downtown and IFIC.

The organization will provide grants to students and young postdocs giving parallel and/or plenary talks. Depending on the number of applications, these grants will cover up to 100% (50%) of the hotel expenses in double rooms at hotel Astoria with double (single) occupancy, for a maximum of 5 nights.

To apply for these grants, candidates should: i) book the room at the HOTEL ASTORIA via 'Viajes El Corte Ingles' agency (sending email to csevalencia@viajeseci.es), before the deadline, May 20 (the agency will ask you anyway to provide a credit card number); ii) register at the Collaboration Meeting site (hhtp://ific.uv.es/babarcm09/) before May 20; and iii) send to the organization (babarcm09@ific.uv.es) an abstract in latex format of the presentation to make at the parallel/plenary session. Applications received after May 20 will not be considered.
